Contact platforms to make booking not working

For a number of days now I have been trying to book an appointment to get my DeproVera injection. I have not been able to book via the app - it says the appointment time/date is no longer available regardless of which date/time I try to book. When I call the various clinic numbers it puts me on hold for up to 15 minutes.....How am I supposed to get my injection on time if I cannot reach Dischem to make the appointment???????
