CONSUMER PROTECTION
On a monthly basis i Collect my cronic medication from discovery at dischem cradlestone. As a diabetic i optain over the counter suppliments through the medical aid at dischem I have the following problem in the sence that dischem states a Spesific price on a multivitamen for diabetic at R119.95 but when it goes throught he medical aid Dischem charges a additional 30% and stateing it the medical aid rates this is extreamly problematic as the problem is that pharmacy is claiming it medical aid rates vs cash rates.
So the the medical aid is robbing there cleint in the sense and the parmacies benefits from this as their revenue increases.
SO THERE ARE DIFFERENT RATES FOR DIFFERNT MEDICAL AIDS SURELY THE PARMACY MUST ADVERTISE THE RATE FOR MEDICAL AID AS WELL AS THIS NOT IN ALIGNMENT WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT..........!!!!!!!!!
IF IT IN ALAINGMENT WHY IS THERE NOT A SEPERATE PRICE FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
