Connie, you're awesome!

I would like to recognise Connie who was this week manning the Rosebank WhatsApp line. The service she provided was wonderful and she did so with a smile. She checked the urgency of the delivery and then went about making sure that the driver delivered to me on the same day. She communicated clearly on what my medical aid would take care of and what not. She's a gem and I hope to always have her attending to my needs.
