Confirm del. add and use incorrect one

I ordered medication and other stuff via fax and email and requested that it be delivered at my office address, as it is done every month 2 - 3 times a month, were I left the cash for the medication.<br> <br> They phoned me and confirmed the delivery address and the order and asked if I knew it is cash only.<br> <br> They still delivered to the wrong address, this has happened how many time before and I had enough now, what is wrong?<br> <br> If I look at all the complaints about Dischem in general on the internet I suppose it is time the public takes a stand towards bad service we receive.<br> <br> My order is also in the official language of the country, the complaint is in Afrikaans to the Dispensary Manager in Krugersdorp.<br>
