Computer system not the same in all stores No trust

I get my medication from Castle gate and today I tried to get the same medication from Menlyn, not possible because they don’t have stock of Reprex???? Why should I ride from store to store to get my medication Their computer system has different information in each store. I rather will build a relationship with a local pharmacy who I can trust
