Computer *********** at Dis-chem

Went to mall of the south Dis-chem yesterday to get some astma pumps and so on like I regularly do on my medical aid savings, got told by the woman working at the self dispensary that I have depleted my savings funds, which is clearly not the case like you can see in the pic there is still about R2000 odd left, I didn’t do much medical procedures this year so could not understand why the funds are up so was forced to pay cash for my meds which I didn’t have any at the time so didn’t get to take my medication home, this is really a hindrance and a huge inconvenience seeing that I say in the country side and the closest dis-chem is 30 odd km away and I do not have my own transport at this stage so there no getting there anytime soon again.. Dis-chem mall of the south please double check your pharmacists computer competence, they are ether under trained or just plain old *********** really bad service received..
