Compliment for Thandi and Dischem excellent service

I am so pleased and delighted with the service I received from Thandi , Called the call center yesterday on my number *** Xolani Msthali, Made an order online but order was taking too long, and my daughters milk was out/finished , I was stressing so much as I didn’t have extra money to order again, Thandi received my call and listened and went out of her way to help me by calling the closest mall to me and the online team to reroute my order and constant updates to me , stayed on the line with me helped me download the app and also gave me alternative solutions, You really have a star in her, I usually order via Clicks , but as of today I am so pleased with Dischem as whenever I use you guys , yall are so helpful and have the best customer service, as when I went to the Mall the guys there were so helpful and kind.

As someone who works in Call center and for international companies like Amazon, we delivered similar customer service , and in South Africa its so sad our service is so poor from most big companies , they either never call you back, or hang up, or have no solutions to your problems, I am so confident now in using dischem going forward, Please reward Thandi with anything possible as she has won me over and my family and friends and in the company I work, everyone is aware of the delightful service she gave me, and for that my daughter received her Milk and took all that stress from me.

Thank you a million times Thandi We need more people like you in this country especially with everything that’s happening, you make the world a better place.
