COMPLIMENT: Dischem Constania Retail pharmacy Roodepoort Dischem Constania Retail pharmacy Roodepoort has been totally amazing since they have opened. They have gone out of their way to always be helpful, caring and professional. I have an elderly mom who wants some of her medication cash other on medical aid and no generics. This can be a nightmare as there is a lot of medication but nothing is so much trouble for the staff at Dischem Constania. In particular this month Pauline was amazing my mom was concerned due to lock down about her medication I handed in my moms script and she promised she would phone when ready which she did and as some of the medication could not be dispensed due to medical aid not approved due to being to early when it was she approved she phoned me and had it ready for dispensing, Ellen and Pauline have always been helpful and so has all their staff. Falicity, Cimone and Megan are always willing to go the extra mile. Every staff member treats you as an individual and goes out of their way to help you. Frontline staff are friendly and helpful.

During this stressful time its comforting to know you can rely on awesome, caring, professional and awesome service from Dischem Constania who go the extra mile. Although they are going through a stressful time themselves during this time they are friendly, caring and really try accommodate everyone under the circumstances with a smile.
