complaint - mont blanc purchase

Bought Mont Blanc 100ml EDP in the online sale, and disappointed that the quality is unacceptable. The fragrance does not last. Not sure if this is old stock...note this is my second experience of this nature. The first time Dischem did replace the product after a long drawn out investigation. I have lodged a complaint on 16th Sep, however no feedback is forthcoming. Call Ref ***
