Complaint

Hi I am super annoyed by the the dispenser L.Modisa I called 25 June requesting that my medication be packed and delivered at my work place. I gave a simple instruction that the labels must be stuck on the medication container and not on the packaging but she still went and did exactly what I had not asked for. I always mention this to the ladies there but for some reason it’s hard for them to follow a simple instruction. Can this matter be address. Thank u
