COMPLAINT against McDonald @ DisChem The Glen Branch

<p>Disgusting attitude of your Staff Member McDonald on Saturday 3rd June</p> <p>He is responsible for the Hair Product isle in The Glen Branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went into the branch to purchase a product advertised in your Catalogue.</p> <p>I scrutinized the products on display & did not find my required product being ReNew # 7 Champagne Hair Colour Crème</p> <p>A Lady packing the shelves asked Enquiries for isle custodian to be paged – which was repeated due to lack of response.</p> <p>Eventually after a lengthy wait, I then went to Enquiries myself only to be told by the Lady that the Man who just walked past is McDonald. <br /> Returning to the isle, I showed him a carton lid of the product I was searching for & his reply was “go To Pick n Pay”</p> <p>Really, I dont believe what I'm hearing !!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>His shear lack of Loyalty is alarming.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked him “so you are prepared to see me walk out the door</p> <p>[1] without bothering to check if the product is available @ a store close by</p> <p>[2] or to consult with the Rep to see if what I need can be obtained & when”</p> <p> </p> <p>Returning to Enquiries the Lady asked did I come right.</p> <p>I repeated McDonlad’s statement & another Client overhearing conversation expressed his revulsion</p> <p>McDonald asked me to add my details in a book & said he’d get back to me tomorrow.</p> <p>Within ½ an hour I did receive a call on a very bad line, asking if I was still around & advised me that there was no stock of the Product.</p> <p>I also repeated my experience with McDonald to him & he rep**** “Pick n Pay also stock the product”</p> <p> </p>
