Complaint

I was unfairly treat by the stuff at dischem eastgate mall. I mistakenly full twisted the cap of the gloss and realised quickly that it is not a tester but an actual stock. And I took the tester tried it on while the other was on my hand still deciding whether I should purchase because there was no price. I then put everything back but to my surprise the security came and I narrated what happened, then they leaded me to the camera room but the camera shows one angle but it doesn’t show when I’m taking the tester and the person at the footage room started threatening to arrest me and while I was still trying to emphasise my point he was now using aggression to deliver his speech. I was treated like a ******** for a simple mistake which anyone can make. I was forced to pay for a product I did not use but mistakenly twisted. I’ve been a very loyal customer for many years but ,how I was treated I felt very less most especially in front of the whole stuff.
