Complaint

Very disappointed in the Dischem Lynwood Lane Pharmacy branch. I have my hair styled at the hairdressing salon attached to the pharmacy so did shopping in the pharmacy awhile back. On check out the cashiers di not have have any stickers in stock for the promotional Disney give-away range. The young lady took my cell phone number to contact me when these were available. Yesterday I was contacted to come and collect these stickers. Toady I went there with my nearly completed sticker card, filled up the card and handed it to the lady at the customer service desk. She informed that they were out of stock of the particular Disney range. She took down my cell phone number to contact me when they receive stock. While there I decided to stock up on my vitamin range only to find that the Vitamin C range had only 500cc in stock and not 1000cc. Disappointment on disappointment. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with the management team in the office, the two gentlemen and the young lady had a very laissez-faire attitude about it. Unfortunately the management team at this branch is very lacking in management. Such a pity
