I feel my personal information is not safe as required according to the procedure of a pharmacy I was told by a pharmacist she thinks I'm missing my medication? I called earlier the morning to fill my prescription As Cash and she claimed from my medical aid? Is that allowed? The lady was very unprofessional in handling the matter it's the thirt time. Her manners is not professional I a so unhappy I feel my carecter is being influenced. She should be teached in handling a patients record and conffindetiality of it not to say outload so the hole pharmacy hears my informatio there were several people in the line.
