Complain bad service delivered by Nhlahla at Dischem Maponya

Today the 30th July I visted Dischem to see a nurse and service was good with the sister and she advised me to pay at the counter next to the make up Where I saw a lady Nhlahla preparing a git cover for the customer so I stood next to her and she spoke to another guy who worked there and she continue wrapping the gift and after maybe 6 minutes the security came and told me there was no cashier I must join the line so I asked Nhlahla why she didn't tell me or advised me and she rep**** to me that she didn't see me at all And I ask her you saw me I mean u could have told me to go and join the que and her answer was I waisted my own time of which I agreed with her I have wasted my time but she work there she could have advised me earlier and I saw she doesn't have great service she treat people very bad all I want was for her to understand and realise her error Then I left it I went to join the que and what I didn't like is for her again to discuss about me with the security that was standing at the door and other staff making a joke about me I didn't like it at all She must improve her service I'm a customer after all Dischem Maponya Nhlahla name
