Complain against Diskem Greenstone

I have a prescription at Greenstone Diskem to have my meds delivered. on 20.12.2024 I received the wrong dosage of meds. I called and left two messages for the dispensary to call back. no reply. i called at 09:05 on 21.12.204 and finally got through after several attempts 09:26. on all these occasions i was kept on hold by the answering service and finally abandoned the call. the assitant at the dispensary name Anne (Not sure of the name) called me back and informed me that it was an error and the driver will collect the wrong meds and deliver the correct meds according to the prescription. I have been waiting for five hours with no delivery. I called three times now and now answer from the dispensary. This is a concern for the phamacist to dispense incorrect medication and still not rectify as promised.
