Complain

Recently my wife went to dis-chem in the vaal mall she got some stuff for our infant baby when she paid they dubble charged her then they saw that they dubble charged her and said that they wil refund her this was on 27 September 2023 then I had to take a day off at work for the reason that they haven't payed back the money and then I had to go to the bank get bank statements to prove drom my side that the money went off twice then today on the 03 Oktober 2023 they phoned me and said that they wil not be refunding me for the reason that they don't see it but on my side my money is gone and I gave them the proof. I ame very unhappy with dis-chem vaal mall for the lack of commitment an interest they show for other people's money that they work hard for everyday I ame going to take legal action against them for not paying back my money wil never shop there again in my life.
