Communication at Dischem Greenstone need improvement

Thank you so much i did receive my Baby Bag is so beautiful and strong. I was so just disappointed that my bag was delivered at Greenstone on the 17 December but i never received any SMS or Call to inform me to collect it , until I went to Festival mall on the first week of February to buy my vitamins then i ask the lady at the customer service if it was delivered as i do my shopping there and she told me it was delivered at Greenstone on the 17 December. Thinking i've been at Greenstone so many times without knowing . But thanks so much i love the bag.
