Color dissapointment x2

This was the second time i've gone there, the first time was a disaster as well, I got blonde highlights which they left in too long and I ended up with extra bleach blonde which looked terrible, they also took forever to assist me, spent almost the whole day there.. Thought the second time would be better, service was a little faster but what ever color products they use is ridiculous, within one week my color had already almost washed out completely, to pay so much its absolutely disgusting that the color doesn't even last longer than a week... Prices are extremely expensive for something that doesn't last. Will never go back there again...
