cold uncaring staff

<p>On Saturday 1 April I gave in a script at dischem Norwood. The clerk told me that I should come back the next day for the other sachet as there were 2. I told her I could not return to Norwood. She said as it was loaded on the system I could go to any branch. At 6 today just before closing I rushed to park meadows to get the rest of the antibiotics which had to be taken today. The clerk found I had 2 profiles but neither reflected my prescription. Even though she could see I was almost crying she kept saying it's not there so there's nothing we can do. I remembered that I had the box but it was in the car. I asked if I could go fetch it but she said they're closing. Fortunately the security guard saw my tears and let me go and come back in. In that type of industry where you know you might be dealing with ill people why show such little compassion? I</p>
