Clueless Front desk Assistant

Just could not understand why Dischem at The Glen Mall would have such an egocentric yet clueless idiot as a consultant at the front desk. I waisted 55 minutes of my time while this lady by name of AMBA kept on fiddling around asking me string of directionless questions like my ID number 5 times, my cellphone 7 times and getting nowhere. She cant pick up my profile yet my ID number has the profile from another cashier;s till point . What pieces me off even worse is that i ask her nicely at the early stages to get someone senior to assist her and she told me that she knows what she is doing. What a hell! if i ended up wasting my valuable time while she is doing nonsense. I ask her to log a ticket with her support desk if there was an error -again she refuse . I ask her to call the store manager -she dials the wrong number -just to spit on my face . Meanwhile i am told my points will be expiring if i dont use today or tomorrow. I want the store manager to call me to resolve this ,i want those points reinstated if they expire by any chance . As a regular in that shop I feel like the level of service has dwindled in the past 5 years . You better fix this!
