Clinic Sister Refused to assist me

I arrived at the Dis-Chem clinic at Highveld Mall in Witbank at 16:50 on the 2nd Feb. 2015 and waited outside the open door while the Clinic sister was on the phone, I was waiting for her to end her call so she could allow me in to assist me. She remained on the call for the next 10 minutes and at exactly 17:00 while she was on the call she told me that she closes at 5pm and that I should come back tomorrow. I then rep**** telling her that I had arrive there before 5pm as she saw me and was aware that I was waiting for her. She then said that ''actually'' she sees her last patient at 4:30pm. When I asked whether the clinic operating hours on a Monday are from 9 am to 5pm, she confirmed this was correct but she still wouldnt help me even though I arrived on time. She carried on with her call and I was left with no option but to leave as she refused to help me. So I just need clearity whether the clinic operating hours are from 9am to 5 pm on Mondays or are the hours whatever is convenient for the staff at the time? She didnt have time to help me but she had time to sit on the phone for more than 10 minutes while there was a patient waiting to be helped and only to turn them away
