clinic poor service levels and rude

Had my 9months old babies vaccine due today at Dischem Woodmead. Been going to them since he was born and had amazing service. Today got there at 12 30 after trying to call furiously. Sat in the bench an arrogant nurse comes out and says may I ask what you sitting here for!! In shock with her attitude I tell her out appointment was for 12 but I tried calling a few times to say we running late knowing your clinic closes at 1. Well sir i do not answer calls. And I'm busy so come back next week. I lost my cool with her but still maintained respect and told her that she was very uncomfortable helpfull , we still within 1pm and surely she could assist. We also dont know how life threatening it is to not have the vaccine so surely you advising us to.come next week but not telling us if our son will be fine with out the shot. I also mentioned to.her there are numerous times when I came for my appointment and had to sit outside the hence because other patients time ran over. She bluntly said I'm not having a discussion with you. I then told her il going to see the branch manager and she pointed me to his office. Dischem if this is how your arranont staff treats a 9 month old baby I'm in belief you lost me as a customer. I spoke to store manager and explained him the situation he 100% agreed with me and said he will escalate it to the clinic head to call me on Monday. Dischem Woodmead i have no words
