Client service not good at all.

I have been trying to find out for a couple of months why certain skincare products I always buy from them is indicated as out of stock on their web-site and when they will have stock again. The answer is always "we are out of stock". No reason or when they will have stock again. I've even asked them if the products have been discontinued but same answer "we are out of stock" as if I can't read what it says on the web-site.
