Client **** to cash-in on profits

<p>My sister went for a check-up on Monday the 16th and after the doctors appointment we went to Dischem in Brooklyn Mall to get the prescription. The pharmacists assisted us and the prescription was supposed to be charged to the medial aid. Everytime we collect medicine from this pharmacy we are told the medical aid does not pay for the medicine and we end paying in cash. I asked the pharmist if they have verified with the medical aid before I made the payment beacuse my sister is registered on cronic and those medicines shoud be covered by the medial aid. The pharmacist ignored us and I made the payment. I went to GEMS to equire and verify whether the way Dischem Brooklyn is handling these transcations is correct and the consultant indicted that all the medicines that we have been collecting for the prescriptions even with th eprior ones should have been covered byth emedical aid and that the pharmacist are wrong not to verify with the medical aid and insisting tha twe pay cash. Dischem Brooklyn, why are you mistreating us and not serving us correctly?</p>
