Click and Collect

Today I placed an order at 14h on Dischems' website for a click and collect. I live in a small town that is not really busy. I called them at 18h to ask if my order is ready as I want to go and collect it. The woman told be that she will check and call me back. After 20 min she didn't call me back and I decided to stop there on my way home. When I entered the shop all the workers stood there chatting. They then proceeded to tell be that it takes 24h to 48h to pack my order. How is this possible as it is 18h30 the evening and 4 hours after my order. They couldn't pack my order in that 4 hours?
