Chronic patient left with no medication this month :(

I am highly disappointed with Dischem’s service and App. I’ve been trying to order my repeat script for more than a week but there is only an option to collect, no option for my meds to be delivered. I’ve tried calling your careline 6 times in the past week, no such luck, no one answers your calls

I have chronic Asthma and now my repeat for this month is missed and the next repeat is only due in May. Not sure how I am meant to survive the month without my medication.

I will never collect my repeats from Dischem, I really expected more support and better service but I was mistaken.
