Chronic meds running out and still no delivery

I placed an order for repeat chronic prescription on Thursday 11 June, I did not pick up my order immediately and only did so on Thursday 18 June but 3 items were out of stock so those were not given to me. The pharmacy claimed to have phoned but no evidence of it, but is irrelevant in any case, would be more useful for you to order the medicine. I returned to your branch again on Saturday 20 June and still no stock. Each time I spend 30 to 45 minutes at the collection desk where orders are meant to be pick up and go. <br> <br> This is the 3rd month in a row where 3 items from my order is out of stock, again days for stock to arrive, then waiting 30 to 45 minutes for you to pick and pack my order that is supposed to have been ready for collection.<br> <br> On Saturday 20 June, Karen (pharmacy manager) said she would phone on Monday but to date no call and no delivery. It has been almost 2 weeks since the order was originally placed, I need delivery NOW since the meds are running out!<br> <br> I would not use Dischem if I wasn't forced by Discovery to use Dischem or wait around for Medxpress courier delivery. I thought the former would be more convenient but Dischem has proven me wrong, your service sucks!
