Chronic medication deliveries

Dischem Tygervalley in Willowbridge shopping centre has horrible service when it comes to delivering chronic medication every time there's a mess up with the orders and it constantly comes from a lady named Stacey Orange. Whenever I place an order and its done through Stacey it always ends up with an item missing or the incorrect item added and nobody consults with me saying the item is costing more or out of stock. Whenever I call the store to speak to Stacey the people on the phone always says Stacey doesn't work for the Willowbridge branch, now I can't understand why do you have someone taking orders saying she's from the store but when you phone in to complain then suddenly she doesnt work there??? Its utterly ridiculous to have a person so *********** taking important information and getting it wrong all of the time and then not taking ownership whenever a complaint is lodged and hiding away saying you do not work for willowbridge. If you cannot do the job give it up and give it to somebody else that really needs it such as unemployed youths with diplomas and degrees in pharmaceutical studies
