Check your mascara before purchasing it.

Highly dissatisfied. I bought myself mascara yesterday during lunch at Canal Walk. When I got home I was very upset to find that the mascara was dry, as in nothing was sticking on the brush. This morning I took it to the Dis-chem at Central Park Intercare as its closer to my office than the mall. Immediately I was told I cannot return cosmetics, then I explained that it was dry & only bought it yesterday. To that I was told "we don't stock that brand you will have to take it back to Canal Walk". What a crock of ****.
