Check you till slip!!

Dear Dischem, after a really bad experience at your Cradlestone store, where I was overcharged by R200 for product, I wrote to your head office in September to explain the situation. The manager at the store couldn't give me so much as the time of day and it appears you complaints/ service department feels the same? No reply, no acknowledgement of my complaint, nothing. This is not the 1st time I have found discrepancies on my till slip and I urge all consumers to thoroughly check their slips before you leave the store! As for me, I think I would rather find an alternative, happy to pay more for friendly reliable service.
