CHEATED WITH PRICE AND QUALITY OF HUGO BOSS THE SCENT GIFT SET

I bought a Hugo Boss The Scent gift set at Dis-chem Loch Logan on 28/10/22. Firstly when I asked for the price the sales lady said it was R1599 then I asked for it as I want to buy it, when she handed Me the box I opened it up to see what's inside the box, I noticed that there was a price of R1345 on the inside, but the gift set was placed on sale at R1599, I questioned this with the sales lady amd she called her supervisor and explained dthat I requested to pay the price on the inside of the set amd ot the R1599 and she reluctantly agreed for me to pay R1345.00.

When I got home and used it for a couple of days I realized that the smell is not the same as always as I always use the se cologne amd I am fimilwith the smell and this time the smell wasn't as strong and lasting as always.

I went for 2 weeks to look for the same sales lady: Bonni who assisted Me, but I couldn't find her as every time I went to the store to look for her she wasn't there either on lunch, or out somewhere or day off.

Today 15/11/22 I went again to try and find her and I eventually found her. After explaining the the matter to her, she again called the same supervisor that knew of Me looking for her the past 2 weeks as she was the one that told me a few times Bonni wasn't there.

The supervisor told me there is nothing they can do about it amd that I must take it up with African Slaes which is their supplier of the colognes and perfumes.

I asked her so that means I wasted my money to buy the gifts set as ots 2 amd a half weeks and the bottle of cologne is already half as I have to put a lot of it on just to get a smell, which anyhow after a few minutes is gone. I hope to hear from them on how to remedy this situation as I am regular client of Dis-Chem Loch Logan in Bloemfontein, cause I always buy my colognes by them.
