Centurion and Woodlands nurses unhelpful and rude

I phoned your nurse almost 3 weeks ago to get an appointment for my 4 month old son's inoculation. She told me to phone again in 2 weeks. Today when I phoned her she informed me that there is actually a waiting list and that waiting list is now 40 people strong. I asked her why she had never mentioned a list before and she gave me excuses that did not make sense (since obviously those people would be helped first even with the next batch of government medicine - which she admitted). She then fought with me and called me rude. She also refused to give me her supervisors number. This is unacceptable. I have been bringing my children to dischem for inoculations for years. When I went to dischem centurion a few weeks ago, the nurse also refused to help me because I did't have an appointment, although she had a free hour before her next appointment and the people had not even arrived yet.<br> <br> Clearly dischem is unconcerned about the level and quality of service they provide, thus I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have paid for private stock many times, which often totals thousands of rands - not again.
