Cashier with no people nor customer skills

At17:07 on 1 March 2016 I was directed to teller 11 to pay. I asked her if she would mind to throw away the banana peel in my hands for I could not carry everything. She rep**** that she doesn't have a dustbin. A plastic bag with s**** paper was visibly hanging from her drawn. She proceeded to speak to the lady next to her in her language. I proceeded to query whether the bag wit paper was not used for track. She arrogantly took out the papers and said it was only for paper. I asked do dis hem then recycle that only paper is allowed. She said yes... I feel that common cirticy would have gone a long way and that her arrogance just made the citation worse.
