Cash Sales staff need some soft skills training!

My experience at Dis-Chem Pavilion is always a harrowing one, the cash sales staff are the rudest bunch I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. There's never a time where I am greeted or spoken to politely. I was in the store on Tuesday afternoon, the cashier called me and I asked if I was paying cash, I said no and proceeded to the next till, where that cashier told me she did not call me. I was really embarrassed and went back to wait in line, I proceeded to the next available till, when called again and the cashier didn't bother to greet me, instead, she continued her conversation over me with the other staff members in Zulu. Are these women not trained properly? They lack basic social skills! It's become quite unpleasant to shop here!
