Carlswald dischem

I went to dischem medi clinic at carlswald assisted by Neliswa lubanya what a poor service I got from her she kept whining about her lunch instead of finding a solution from the errors she's getting on her system I had to call the medical aids n was told that she must call so that they can help her with the claim she told me the number is not going through but I was able to get hold of the claiming department using my own airtime.She has to choose if she app**** the job for lunch or to assist patients I'm so disappointed 😥 n she had to send me away to another dischem to find out they can't even assist with the vaccination because the baby has flu but I told Neliswa the same thing but still sent me to another dischem branch without even communicating with them she didn't pay attention to what I was saying because she kept whining about her lunch n I was there at 12 if she did she wouldn't have sent me to another branch n she chased me away from her office while trying to make a call telling me she wants to eat even calling her colleagues infrastructure of me asking what's for lunch I'm very hurt cos I had to do up n down with a 6weeks baby n wasting money
