Caring Customer Relations officers

Dischem cares about its clients. I know this because I lodged a complaint against them running out stock for a particular item and they immediately got back to me to say they were trying to source the item. I'm still waiting for it, but I thank them for responding so quickly. The security at the front needs to attend to the needs of the clients instead of chatting up the women at the front.
