Careless dispensing of prescribtion meds at Dis-Chem pharmacies

Make very sure you check your medication dispensed on prescription! We experienced numerous mistakes over the last couple of years. Mistakes made by the dispensing pharmisist with regards to the incorrect mg of medication as well as quantities. Also check that sealed packaging is provided- this is another issue we have recurringly! Pharmisists are also not always up to date with medictaion that has been withdrawn from the market, causing frustarion and anxciety as epilepsy is a condition where the patient can not be without there medication.
