CAREFREE DISCHEM ABOUT NAPPIES

In January 2026 I bought a packet of SOFTI adult slips from Dischem Blue Route. With almost each slip the velco connecting tabs came off. Then it's almost impossible to secure the nappy because tape doesn't hold. Now for the remaining nappies I tried to reinforce all the tabs with a little glue. Imagine going through each nappy to glue the tabs, because they will come off!! Another brand that was used in hospital never had this problem. I didn't return the nappies because I needed them urgently and Dischem only had the one brand. I emailed Dischem Careline and they were happy to learn of the complaint.

Their comment was "It is imperative for us to be aware of any quality concerns as customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us." That's good, but once I sent them all the information, communication ceased. There was no customer satisfaction. I had to painstakingly fix each nappie, I had paid good money for a poor quality product, and Dischem was MUM. Dischem has a careline but after learning of a complaint, it is carefree!
