Can't rely on Dis-chem call centre staff

Really bad service from Peggy Mosehle at the Dis-chem call centre. I specifically asked or my medication to be delivered from Benmore Gardens branch and not Linksfield. But instead she put Linksfield which has caused a delay in me obtaining my medication which is vital for my health and wellness.
