Cant get Free HUGGIEs cos sms expired during National Lockdown

My son is 15 months, every month i buy at least 2-3 Huggies Gold Nappies specifically from Dischem to get the free after 10 purchased. I only received 2 SMS's for a free pack. The last SMS i recieved was after leaving the Dischem store and now when trying to redeem its am told that it has expired... Like seriously during a National Pandemic with LOCKDOWN, the sms has expired. Yesterday after many times of trying to calli send an email and Prudence said she would escalate this to which i have received NO Feedback. The Dischem store says i need to only chatto Head-office regarding and they dont give feedback....
