Cannot and will not provide Chronic Medicine as Medical Aid is Off-Line

I arrived at the President-Hyper Branch Krugersdorp to collect my Chronic medicine and was informed that Discovery was offline and they could only give me 3 days worth of medicine after stating that I will not be able to return after this time the attitude was oh well your problem. Then asked to speak to the person in charge and they were arrogant and also less than helpful after requesting the store manager was told they not working today and met with a blank so what now look.....

Really poor service and not even willing to try and assist I will be taking my business elsewhere in future. Really disappointed by this pathetic service.

Last time you see me in one of your stores. Not even willing to try and make an effort learn some customer care principles and you might retain customers.
