Cands dischem

I went to dischem in Greenstone as I normally take my daughter there who is just turning 9months. Went there to make an appointment and enquire about the proscriptions that was written For her for me to bring for the next visit.The LADY who make appointments was very mean and rude... she made me feel like she ohhh well u just a young lil lady so ur emotions and opinion doesn’t not matter, for heaven sake i pay there thats the most thing that made me cross. Can we kindly teach our employees about customer obsession. She even told me that she has every right not to assist me, she gave me attitude from the word go when i took initiative to greet her first and never responded all she could have said is im still busy kindly please! wait for me until I finish. I feel like she judged me by looking at me and weigh me how she sees me. I very hurt even my boyfriend was like this lady she is not well trained how to speak to customers. I gave her my daughters card she took it out of the cover wen gave it back she did not even bother talking back it was all unfolded and i had to fold it nicely and take it back. It not go through ur camera you will see u dont even need an audio body language will tell. Im hurt honestly speaking.
