CANCELLING MY REWARDS CARD

I have registered for Dis-Chem's baby programme when I found out I was pregnant at 7 weeks. My baby is due and I have not yet received any notification thay I can collect my bag, despite probably spending about R2500 on qualifying items.

I followed up on Saturday, turns out someone has cancelled my card so I have been spending at Dis-Chem for nothing.

I feel this is utterly unprofessional - like I said, my baby is due in 3 weeks and nothing.
