Can someone respond to me from Dis-Chem!

I bought a pair of men's slippers from Dis-Chem online which were delivered on 5 August. They are not the pair I ordered. I immediately sent an email to their customer care and did not receive a reply. I then phoned Customer service: ***on the 6 August and the person who answered said that someone will phone me back shortly. It is now the 7 August and I still have not heard back from them.
