Can I get your attention please.

Can i please be refunded, I purchased goods and unfortunately they were returned (story for another day) I was then told I will be refunded in 5 working days. It has passed and Im still waiting, Ive been calling, emailed nothing.Can I get my money TODAY please. I cant wait another 5 days while we approaching weekend.
