Call Centre has no knowledge of Virtual doctors

I went to Paarl Mall Dischem for an injured foot yesterday. I got a referral for xray at Paarl Hospital. After waiting 4 hours, I decided to go to a private facility. I phoned Dischem TWICE to ask how and to who my results will be sent to. First one put me through to someone else after saying "we don't do xrays" (yes really) 2nd one just dropped my call. So thanks Dischem. I now can find out what is wrong with me due to your *********** staff.
