I received the sms below from Dischem on 30/10/2018 at 11h00 the morning.

To claim this prize please reply CONFIRM by no later than 4 November 2018. By confirming, you consent to Dis-Chem sharing your contact details with the promoter Unilever. Should no response be received by the 4 Nov 2018 the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the rules. I rep**** by confirming as requested not to forfeit the prize. I'm very disappointed in the way Dischem is behaving by telling me that Unilever are responsible to make contact with me. I called them twice by myself and twice from the Dischem branches and until today I had no response form Dischem or from Unilever. This is really unprofessional to send out such sms's to client and not to respond at all.
