Brooklyn Dischem refused service

I am at Dischem at 13h34 to collect my order and the customer service lady refused to check on the order. She gave her friend working with the orders. This lady referred to me as “Chomi” and this lady lectured me that she is busy with other orders and I am inconveniencing her by collecting my order since I ordered on online. She went to tell me about her struggles with her work responsibilities and yet she says that she has a lot of work. I left Dischem without my order
