Broken Promises

I registered a while ago on the baby program which states if I spend more the R300 and am in my third trimester I would receive a baby bag. I went to Mall of the South yesterday and spoke to a lady by the name of Mandy and requested my bag. She advised she had bags in stock and would sort it out for me. She requested I return in an hour to collect same. When I returned later Mandy had left and the new lady advised Mandy was new and had made a mistake and I could not obtain my bag. I asked why as I had met said requirements and am in my third trimester. She called the manager Judith De Gama who was not concerned or apologetic and advise there was a back log in bags and I couldn't get one until I received an email and SMS. This despite the fact that I was inconvenienced and advised they had stock. I was also not advised when same could be received. This is a new store and from what I have seen service is pathetic and do not see myself shopping here again in the near future.
